Modern looking venue, outstanding food, particularly good location next to very large shopping mall. Huge & fabulous unit with a very comfortable bed. Very informative and best staff and management.

perfect base for park views and vibrant mall visits

during my stay, I enjoyed the easy stroll to Parque de la Babilla, just about 900 meters away, where I could relax amidst beautiful greenery, and I loved being steps away from a fantastic shopping mall, perfect for picking up snacks and souvenirs.

That was modern and fabulous hotel set in safe area, close to various shopping centers, a good supermarket and various shopping centers, and the mall and other stores. The staff was amazing friendly and extremely friendly, great service. Liked the room in good condition, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Free breakfast with many options was a nice touch.

Room a bit 'tired' but spacious and comfortable enough.

The pool area is lovely for breakfast, and the staff are wonderfully friendly. There were minor issues with bathroom facilities, but overall, it offered a comfortable experience that I would gladly return to. Great value for the price!

I did not get the Room offer on the pictures. For the same money I would have stay in the intercontinental in a superior acomadations.

Room was super clean and had a nice seating area with a tv. Breakfast was one of the best with fresh fruits, cheeses, and eggs made to order. The outdoor swimming pool looked amazing. The staff was polite and many spoke English. The spa offered a hot tub and full body massage. Great location near malls for shopping.

The staff were attentive, especially Bonifacio and Jasmine, who went out of their way to help us when one of our babies had a cold. The breakfast was delicious, with so many tasty options that everyone enjoyed, even our little ones.

My kids wished there was a small play area for children to enjoy more while we relaxed.

Really good service from the staff. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruits, eggs, and excellent coffee. Some furniture in the room could use an update, as the decor feels a bit dated. The location near a shopping center was convenient yet offered a bit of noise at times due to street activity.

The pool area is a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. I appreciated how comfortable the bed was. It ensured restful nights following our busy days. The view from the room was lovely.
